$350 per transaction

• Review all documents to ensure they are in compliance.

• Coordinate the following processes:
  - Transfer of earnest money
  - Mortgage loan procedures
  - Appraisals
  - Inspections
  - Any necessary repairs
  - Closing

• Create Google Calendar reminders and notifications for relevant parties.

• Provide updates to all parties on a regular basis, keeping everyone on the same page.

• Communicate with the attorney to ensure they have all necessary documents and that the closing is progressing smoothly.

• Input and submit transaction and commission data to KW Command.

• Optional: Submit FMLS 117 & 118 forms.

Services begin after receiving the fully executed, binding purchase agreement. **
